Manage your profile, preferences, and data.

Profile Settings

Go to Settings to update your display name, native language, and learning language. Changing your learning language will affect all new lessons you generate going forward — existing lessons remain in their original language pair.

App Language

Duowise's interface is available in 15 languages. You can change the app language from Settings > App Language. This changes the UI labels, menus, and navigation — it does not affect the language of your generated lessons.

Sign-In Methods

You can sign in with email and password or Google OAuth. If you initially registered with Google, your account is linked to your Google identity. Password-based accounts can reset their password through the Forgot Password page.

Data Export

Pro users can export their vocabulary to Anki-compatible formats (.apkg) from the Vocabulary page. This lets you study your Duowise vocabulary with any spaced repetition system.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account from the Settings page. This action is permanent and will:

  • Remove all your personal data within 30 days.
  • Delete all your lessons, vocabulary, and learning progress.
  • Cancel any active subscription (no refund for the current period).

We recommend exporting your vocabulary before deleting your account, as this cannot be undone.

Your Data & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your input text is processed by third-party AI providers solely for lesson generation and is not used for model training. For complete details, read our Privacy Policy.
